U&MEET is an online service for creating personalised interactive invitations. After payment, the customer receives a unique link to the activated invitation.

The regular price is €9.99. During the launch offer, the fixed promotional price is €4.99 (advertised as 50% off). The active link is normally available for 60 days from payment confirmation.

3. Order

Before payment, the customer can review and edit the invitation. The contract is concluded when successful payment is confirmed. Confirmation and account access details are sent by email.

4. Payment and delivery

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly in Stripe’s secure environment; U&MEET does not store full card details. Digital content is made available immediately after successful payment confirmation.

5. Complaints

If the digital content is not delivered or has a technical defect, send the order number and a description of the problem to info@uandmeet.com. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

6. Right of withdrawal

Before payment, the customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that, once delivery begins, the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right for that digital content is lost. Rights relating to non-delivery or defective performance remain unaffected.

7. Responsibility and availability

The customer is responsible for the legality and accuracy of content they enter. Maintenance, security measures or third-party services may temporarily affect availability.

8. Privacy and governing law

Information about personal data is available in the Privacy Policy. Czech law governs the contract without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
